The older I get the more I have come to appreciate friendships. Today I headed out hiking with some friends. What an adventure we had! You guys crack me up. It was so much fun. Let's have another exploit again soon.
Yes that is a rattlesnake. And yes I got close for the shot. It wasn't rattling so I figured we were on good terms for the time being. It actually looked like it had just eaten something because it was very slow and lethargic. Lucky us.
